TAIPR AI, Inc. Privacy Policy
TAIPR AI, Inc. ("TAIPR," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-assisted public relations workflow tools for campaign planning, journalist discovery, pitch drafting, email outreach, and campaign tracking. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (the "Services").
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including account information, contact information, organization details, client and campaign information, pitch drafts, journalist lists, feedback, support messages, and billing-related information.
We also collect technical and usage information, including IP address, device and browser information, authentication events, pages viewed, feature interactions, email open or click events where enabled, and logs used to maintain security and service reliability.
2. Google User Data and Gmail Permissions
If you choose to connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox, TAIPR uses Google OAuth to request the permissions needed to provide mailbox features. Based on the permissions you grant, TAIPR may access your Google account identity, email address, profile information, and Gmail data needed to send messages and support mailbox-related PR workflows.
TAIPR uses Google user data only to provide user-facing mailbox functionality that you request, such as connecting your mailbox, sending campaign emails from your mailbox, displaying the connected mailbox identity, troubleshooting mailbox delivery, and maintaining audit and security records for those actions.
TAIPR does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the Services, comply with law, or with your direction and consent.
3. How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
- To provide campaign planning, journalist discovery, pitch drafting, mailbox connection, and email outreach features.
- To process billing, manage subscriptions, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
- To monitor, debug, secure, and improve the Services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, authentication, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, and customer support providers. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, complete business transactions, or with your consent.
5. AI Processing
TAIPR uses AI systems to generate user-facing PR workflow outputs, such as campaign angles, pitch drafts, and journalist research summaries. Customer inputs and outputs are used to provide the requested service to that customer. TAIPR does not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure engagement, protect the Services, and support email open or click tracking where enabled.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. You may disconnect a mailbox in the application settings. Disconnecting a mailbox revokes or deletes stored connection credentials where supported.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy actions by contacting us. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, or operational requirements. You may opt out of marketing emails by using unsubscribe instructions or contacting us.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
