TAIPR AI, Inc. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and services provided by TAIPR AI, Inc. ("TAIPR," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Services
TAIPR provides AI-assisted public relations workflow tools, including campaign planning, journalist discovery, pitch drafting, mailbox connection, email outreach, and campaign tracking. Features may be provided on a beta, preview, or limited-access basis and may change over time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, including organization information, campaign materials, journalist lists, prompts, drafts, and other inputs. You grant TAIPR a non-exclusive license to use that content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services for you.
4. AI Outputs
The Services may generate AI-assisted outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving outputs before relying on, publishing, or sending them. TAIPR does not provide legal, professional, or public relations advice.
5. Mailbox and Third-Party Services
If you connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, or another third-party provider, you authorize TAIPR to access that service only as needed to provide the connected features you request. Your use of third-party services is also governed by those providers' terms and policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, impersonate others, distribute deceptive materials, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, overload the Services, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use the Services to develop a competing product.
7. Billing
Paid features may require a subscription or other fees. Billing terms shown at checkout or in the product apply to your purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Services, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
TAIPR and its licensors own the Services, including software, designs, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Services to you.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAIPR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create risk for TAIPR or others, fail to pay amounts owed, or if continued access would be unlawful or harmful. You may stop using the Services at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
